I ordered a laptop of worth rupees 79123 from Amazon using my HDFC credit card (EMI ) and I cancelled it after 5 mins of ordering. It’s been more than 35 days and I have not received the refund yet. Everytime I call the Amazon customer service they tell they have raised a complaint and ask me to wait for 5 days . Same thing is happening since 35 days. No progress
