Dear Sir, A refund of 1480 rupees has to come in my bank account from amazon on 26/08/2020 with reference number 023920273057. But still the refund has not shown in my bank account. I had also contacted the amazon customer service but they told me that they had transferred the amount in my account on 26 August and also given the refund reference number. And when I contacted Bob customer service they told me that they had not received any refund. So i request you to please solve my problem as soon as possible.
