Hi,
I placed an order with Amazon on 9th may 2023 and immediately I registered a complaint saying I got a wrong product and they took pictures and they filed a complaint on the same… then they arranged a pickup and no one turned up finally they picked it up and you’re warehouse person Senthil had the product with him for almost 9 days and after forcing they updated the status as picked up and then closed my account saying some malpractice..::
After a week when I called and emailed them for my refund and their responses was not that great and they said I have returned the wrong product for which they are not refunding me now… Amazon has my money as well they have taken that damn product and also they have closed my account now…
