Did a payment of Rs 699 for airtel recharge of 3GB/day for 56 days on 24/12/2022. Money got debited from account for recharge wasn’t done. Airtel acknowledged refund to be initiated, but so far no positive result. Raised complaint on airtel app but issue closed without information. Order ID 7012327197693247488.
