I had booked a ticket on line for my daughter traveling from Kochi to Mumbai for 07 June 2021. The flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day, not acceptable as she was going abroad, so I requested to cancel her ticket and issue refund. E-ticket no. 982135681282. Despite several calls to Air India, so far I have not received any refund, nor am I able to contact them now as their personnel are always busy.
