It was promised that they will deliver fixed line but without even informing they installed copper line so I didn’t want the service and i disconnected within 5 days. As I contacted customer service and spoke to them more than hours regarding this they said refund will be initiated but now there is no option to contact the customer service as well, I feel airtel is making fool out of customers. Now I’ve been charged for there fault but the executive told nothing will be charged. U can listen to the calls if u want to. So finally if I don’t get a explanation on this I’ll make sure that I’m raising a complaint on this.
