Text of Complaint by Amit Joshi:

I shopped Redmi Note 5 Pro from my and my wife’s account on 5th November but don’t know why Flipkart people cancelled these transactions. one transaction was done from my credit card and the second from my wife’s add on credit card.
And as per normal procedure i called flipkart inquiring about the credit back of the amount to my credit card, to which i got a response that it will be credited within 5 to 7 working days, but this is not the case. I am still waiting for the money to be credited back to my credit card account.
When i again call to flipkart when the amount was not credited to my account i got just 48 to 72 hours deadlines every time I called in.
Meanwhile my card repayment due date is 3 December 2018 and defaulting to which would have led to deteriorating of my CIBIL score and a penalty+GST+Interest(2% Per month), so I had to borrow amount for repayment from my brother-in-law, but I cannot repay his money until this issue is rectified from flipkart end.
I have got a credit transaction ID for the credit transactions, which when I asked to bank they said there is no such transaction ID in their system.
And I have raised a dispute as well for these transactions.
For god sake please help me out.
All the transaction details and my credit card statement is attached for your reference.
BTW one of my friend is also experiencing the same issue since last one year and still the issue is not sorted out.
