I had booked a ticket from Mangalore to Mumbai on 12th November 2021, but it got cancelled and they never refunded my money back, infact they just ended up putting it into it’s wallet. Later, I had cancelled a booked flight from Mangalore to Mumbai on 4th Jan 2022, I confirmed from the airlines regarding the refund and they said that it already reached agents and when you try to talk to the agents they do not give any clarity on the same, I haven’t still received my refund yet. I booked a ticket again on 27th and it got cancelled, and they’re still not giving my money back! Please help. Travolook is a fraud company. Please bring justice to us.
