I am Madhur Gupta, I booked n international flight via MakeMyTrip from New Delhi to Tokyo for the 13th of Apr at 1am take off and return 17th Apr 10:05am takeoff. Find the necessary information regarding my booking below: PNR: KBNBS9 ticket number: 160-1188042415-16 Passenger Name: Madhur Gupta. Unfortunately, I tested COVID positive (had 2 tests done on 11th and 12th Apr each) and had to cancel my flight, but as I was COVID positive I should receive a 100% refund for the amount I paid for the flight. Both MakeMyTrip and the airline Cathay Pacific are not providing me with refund, Make my trip says they mailed airlines then they automatically close my refund request without taking any action. The airlines says that the agent ie make my trip can only give refund. Both of these big companies ie MakeMyTrip and Cathay Pacific are cheating me.
