I opted for Japanese N5, here’s the problem i am facing.
1. they are connecting to Hindi trainers as i am from Karnataka and don’t understand Hindi i informed Anup Sharma the person who took the course fees and he said he will change instructor
2. after changing instructor 3 times in 3 weeks still not able to get English speaking person he kept giving me Hindi speaker who don’t explain in English.
3. even though i dint attend 2 classes till now course poral shows i attended 30% of classes. and they are refusing to give refund stating i missed dead line it has to be below 5%.
4.customer care don’t answer your call they put call on hold 18 plus min and disconnect on their own.
5.no physical office to meet and talk
6.person who share details and take money goes offline and don’t pick call my case its Anup Sharma
now my 23k stuck with them and no support whats so ever.
