I requested for airtel broadband on 28 may 2021 and on 29 may 2021 a airtel broadband kyc agent came to my home for connection kyc he send me a link for payment of airtel broadband but I don’t know net banking and my debit card is locked for online transactions so he says give him the money and he will book my broadband which he did I confirmed that from airtel customer care but due to delay in connection i canceled it and the refund is processed in airtel kyc agent bank on 15 June and its been 2 months but I didn’t get my refund and the agent says that he didn’t recieve any refund and I ask for debit statement he cuts my phone his name is vikrant kumar and his phone no is +918445727434, 8266889533 please help me to get my 3000 rs back I uploaded the refund receipt
