I had booked my Air India flights through make my trip for trip commencing in June 2020 however the flight was cancelled by airlines which was subject to full refund.
I had requested refund from make my trip however after so many attempts I am being told refund is awaiting approval from airlines and after connecting with airlines directly they have informed make my trip have never raised any request.this is simply taking advantage of consumers..
