This is to report mental harassment and fraud.
I ordered a refrigerator from amazon but due to a defective product I returned it and cancelled the loan amount. zest money got their refund back on 11th november and as per there policy I should be getting my refund back within 7-10 working days, its 10th working day today and zest money customer help is asking me to wait for another 8-10 days and they haven’t received the amount from lenders end.
Zest money should take care of their business and solve the problem in a given time and if they haven’t got the money from the lender or not is not my problem. I paid my EMI on time so I need my refund on time.
Everyday I’m getting false information which is not at all helpful.
I am not going to wait for one more day as it’s not my problem if they haven’t got the money from lenders. I need my money back by the end of today or I’m going to file a complaint with consumer court and I’ll make sure to upload everything on social media. It is highly unprofessional and traumatic.
