My son took coding classes on whiteHat jr . Every two weeks his teacher was changed. He was not understanding anything because continuing teachers changed . So I applied refund. They have policy to get back refund in 4 to 5 days but when I applied they said in 10 days you will get now they saying in 15 days , now 20 days every week they adding 5 days .

I enrolled for a coding class for my daughter for 2 years. The amount was paid to Whitehat Jr in full from Propelled. Now before 2 months when i asked them to cancel the enrollment and refund the money. They immediately cancelled the classes but till today they didn’t receive a single rupee. On the other hand i am being forced to pay the EMI every month to Propelled. Every time i mail them they either don’t respond or reply that they have forfarded it to the concerned team. In the month of May they said that NEFT has been initiated and i will receive money within 15-20 days. But that was not done. Now after continous asking they said the issue has been resolved and every dues will be cleared by the month end (June). Now again that failed and there is no response from them.
