I have ordered 19 items from amazon on 4th October 2019, due to size and fake material i returned 14 items on 13th October 2019 and out of which only 11 items amount was credited in my bank account instantly and i have sent mail and message to amazon customer care that i have not received refund for all the items and i received refund for 2 more items after 10 days and still one item refunded has not been credited in my bank account. They said to contact bank customer care with the reference number but bank says they cannot check with reference number and wait for some time or else make a complain to the merchant. Both amazon and SBI bank say to check with the other person and vice versa. It has been almost 25 days still i did not receive any solution from either Amazon or State Bank 0f India
