I tried to recharge 999 rs on my mobile through the Airtel thanks app using Amazon pay wallet on 16th july.
My money got deducted but airtel shows recharge in pending status. After some time, the recharge was unsuccessful but my money didn’t receive back. I contacted airtel from 10 days continuously but no resolution till now. I am also attaching the transaction history for your reference of my thanks app and Amazon transaction.
Please help me regarding this. It’s almost 12 days so my faith remains on Airtel.
