I was charged an amount of Rs 4000/- for installation on 23 march 2023 for the services provided by Airtel. However, I did not receive the services as promised by the Airtel engineer saying I was unable to install , and I believe that I am entitled to a refund of the amount charged. my phone number is 9518388857
