Dear Sir,
I have booked 2 seats from Mumbai to Malegaon for 22nd March 2020 via Pay-TM total amount Rs. 2100/- (Sai Abhishek Tours & Travels). I get contacted to operator by making several calls to few nos. received with ticket. when operator confirms for right time of travel we were reaching at our pick up point in Mumbai after a struggle of 40 mins, But suddenly operator representative (Mob. 9324308113) informed that the bus has been cancelled and requested me to return from my pick up point saying that full refund will be done.
Very next moment I sent email to bus operator and discussed later regarding refund. He told that refund will be made by Pay-TM. I have raised query to Pay-TM and in customer care so many time from March to till date (approx. 4 month passed) but still not get the refund.
(Though the amount is less, but I am fed up of their irresponsible reply- Most of the calls are recorded- can be provided when required)
