I have booked a ticket via travolook and got cancelled automatically by travolook on 23/06/2021. I have asked for refund and they have not refunded my amount of Rs.2407/- till the date. They are giving excuses since last 3 months I.e. they have initiated the refund but your bank has not approved. Reinitiated again more than 1 month back but not received . I have asked for the proof but they didn’t provide. Even they are not answering the calls. What should I do? A strict action or cancellation of license should be initiated against such frauds. You can search so many complaints against travolook on internet with negative review. This is such a harassment with customers of financial as well as physically. I want my compensation of Rs.10,000/-.
