Text of Complaint by Aksa Mariya Joshy:

I received the package on 3rd August 2023. Upon opening the package, I discovered that the dress I had ordered was not only drastically different from what was pictured on the website, but it can only be described as the complete opposite of what I had expected. I promptly initiated a return request through nykaa website, hoping to rectify the issue and receive the correct item or a refund. However, I was deeply disappointed when my return request was rejected without any explanation.
