Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inform you that I would like to cancel the request for the activation of airtel XSTREAM FIBRE since it has 5 days the sales guy from the airtel has eloped after doing the KYC and charging a hefty amount of RS1769 for the activation of airtel XSTREAM FIBRE.

On 19th evening, one sales guy from airtel, has done my KYC and assured that I will get the connection within the next 24 hrs, but as soon as te documentation was done , he didn’t arrange any installation ,and no one contacted me regarding the same.

I went the airtel store,at Melarmath, Agartala, they are also not co-operating with me.I also tried to contact the Mr.Basudeb Pal, Head of sales,Airtel,Agartala,but he has stopped picking up the phone.

This is a clear case of fraudulent activity which I would like to bring infront of you.I want my refund of RS1769 ,immediately without any further delay.
I am also constantly being harassed in the name of refund and no one is responding to my query.

Request you to arrange the refund immediately after you see the mail and cancel the connection.Its very much frustrating and so much pathetic that I am being harassed day and night with this connection.Please cancel and refund the amount I paid towards the new airtel fibre connection.
