I have booked the ticket from travel look pfa the details.

There was no communication from there end with regards to the flight be cancelled no mail, no call or a message.

I went to airport to board the flight where in I got to know about the cancellation and it’s the responsibility of the third party which in this case is TRAVEL LOOK to communicate which they failed to do, I had to cancel my flight because there is no point of travelling on the day of rakhi while I was suppose to reach a day before.

I am attaching the scanned letter from the airlines which says I am eligible for the full refund.

I have mailed them for which they have no response and while asking for any update there is no response either.

I feel like a fool to try travel look for my bookings, please help me to resolve this issue.
