I had booked on March 31st between Bangalore to Pune for myself (Passenger name : Mayur Vangujar). As Booking was cancelled by travolook without proper reason, Reference no is : REF734327885 Amount 3651/-.
Also I booked ticket from kolhapur to bangalore for Devika Lakule Ref No- REF750346434 amount 2520/- Again booking was cancelled without proper reason from travolook and Refund was not initiated.
When I spoke to Travel Look they said they will refund the money in 7 to 10 working days. Now it is almost more than 6 months and still amount is not refunded into my account.
Totak amount for both the bookings is Rs – 6171/-
