This complaint pertains to shine.com whose telecaller duped me to avail package of application builder and resume booster promising me personalised service will be given by RM for job seeking and higher no. Of recruiters. I paid Rs 3657 for this.
RM Mr Tushar called and further asked for Rs 5700 more which was not communicated by the telecaller, neither mentioned in any brochure or document shared by them before me making the payment. He asked if this amount is not paid we shall not be able to assist in active recruitment as promised by tellecaller
There is no escalation matrix, no customer support for refund. Completely unethical practice followed.
Since I have made payment on 29/05/2024 and made request for refund due to concealment of facts on 29/05/2024 itself. I want complete refund of the amount and email ID of MDCEO of shine.com or nodal officer so that other people does not fall victim into such traps.
