my complaint is against mivi.in which is a site operated by seminole tech.
my issue is regarding the refund of my products the products have been returned over a month ago from raising this complaint and there is no response yet. the customer service is the worst customer service i have come across in my life. i regret buying items from this company. firstly the customer service cannot be reached once connected every representative asks you to wait for 24-48 hrs for a resolution and this is just going on from the past month and today when i called the customer service i wanted to speak to the senior or higher authority the customer service agent kept saying there are no seniors available and cannot put you through and you would have to wait for an update and when i refused to disconnect the call waiting to speak to a senior the agent just gives the closing verbiage and ends the call without even letting me speak or say something. i had also mentioned to give me the details in writing stating that there are no seniors available to answer the call and with an exact time for the refund to be received, there was no confirmation received for that as well. very pathetic customer service and company
