Hello team,
I got a treadmill from Flipkart on 3rd of June 2020, and returned the product on 4th June based on suggestion from installation technicians. Because it was manufactured defective product, so I ordered new treadmill and got it installed on 8th june. But the old treadmill which was created the return on 4th June 2020 and Refund was approved and they scheduled pickup on 15th June(that didn’t happen). Then I raised a request in flipkart they assured me that there was a technical error and they will work on it. From 16th of June I have contacted Flipkart support 8 times, they days they are working on it and they have cancelled my return and also refund request. I have two products with me now and I was not able pay my credit card dues because of irresponsibility of flipkart support. Please help me to get my refund.
