While paying their EMIs,there were 3 Payments made on October 1,2018
i.e. First two(MOBIKWIK gateway) were not received by them but deducted from my account. (2x ₹1534.98)
Next Payment which was made by my DEBIT CARD (₹1522),which was successful from both the end.
Firstly while I asked them to refund they said they will initiate in 10-12 days but hasn’t initiated yet.
Also they have stopped replying on my emails now.
Its been 6 months my refund of Rs.3044 is pending with them.
