– I have order a helmet from Amazon
– As it was short in size we requested for a return and refund.
– Product was picked up on Thursday 16th June
– Till yesterday the status of refund was showing as delivery pickup is pending
– even after 3 brief discussion and an escalation email things have not moved in right direction
– Instead it took a u-turn and Amazon has cancelled the refund process
