I had a very bad experience with my last purchase on May 17, 2021, Order# OR2308TQC-001A worth Rs.8290.07 as one of the item worth Rs 1400/- was missing, I complained on the same day just after receiving the delivery. I was told by the customer service representative that they are raising a complaint and will be resolved within 48hrs. I have been following up since last more than 3 months, have even sent an email at escalationdesk@medlife.com but so far no one has responded and my issue is still unresolved. I request the company please help me get this issue resolved at the earliest.
