1.I had booked a pacakage for Dubai trip wef 22 March 2020 from mmt office delhi through ms Kshama Mangal +91 84483 80156 for which I had paid initially 161000 .however due to covid pandemic I decided to postpone my trip to oct for which they again asked me to pay extra 12000.after that due to my service profile (army )and covid pandemic still on I had to cancel my trip both due to professional reasons wherein we were the country last persevering force and were not allowed to travel abroad and secondly I did not want to take chances with Heath issues due to deadly virus .
2.therefore I decided to cancel my trip wherein I approached ms Kshama Mangal and requested her to refund my booking amount however after intial refusal they finally agreed to refund part money from the total amount of rs 112000 only which I asked then to mail me .the complete process took two months even after my date of traveller had surpassed and I constantly mailed them that it might effect me in to financial loss but they continued to delay till Furher two months and finally gave me confirmation for refund in November end
3.ms Kshama Nangal connected me to mr Akshay Manocha Akshay.Manocha2@go-mmt.com who kept assuring me for refund and kept asking me time to revert but from last three months he has not able to either refund my money and also stopped reverting back .rather he has been asking me details of my bank statements etc And gave me RRN no to chk with my back which I checked and my bank confirmed to me that there is no transactions of this RRN .he is continuously making me fool from last so many months I spite of me mailing him continuously And taking no action for such a long time .now my initial booing manager ms Kshama Mangal had also stopped responding to me and Akshay was only avlb on mails .I have all the mails for last 7 months which has led to harrasemrnt and financial loss .
4.it is therefore as per me I am being cheated by the company and requesting you to kindly resolve the matter at the earliest .the detls of my booking are NL2200102269508
