Hi Team,

I was looking for Maldives trip on 10th march 2021 and was reviewing on Travel triangle page for the same. Received a call back from agent (Aman AGA Holidays – 91+8800690188) and I queried for some resort, he was checking and said its available and asked me to make the payment (10, 000)
FYI – He was very much particular about payment until I pay he didn’t leave me, Even he was messaging me at later night (Around 11:30PM – 12:00 AM)
Once payment is confirmed just received an email from Travel triangle stating payment received but haven’t received anything from resort side,
On Monday he asked me for passport details (which he didn’t do at the time of payment) he was very particular about money. When he asked me passport details on Monday I shared with him within 10 mins, after sometime I received a message from him stating resort is not available.
So here my question is before receiving payment from customer you should check with resort if room is available or not then you should ask customer to pay for the same which he didn’t do.
So again he shared me some other resort option which I wasn’t satisfied then I decided to cancel my booking. No response from him on cancellation, he is trying to convince me to book another resort but i wasted cancellation so i sent an email to “Yashika Grover “, There was no reply for past three days now I received email stating below

As per I checked with Mr Aman Ji, your confirmation amount has been received on 03rd December 2021, after that Mr Aman Ji has asked for the passport details so that booking can be confirmed but you haven’t shared the passport.

On monday you have to share the passport. After that we processed for the booking but at that time the room was unavailable.

So from this point of view we are not liable to refund the amount because there is not our mistake for this as the room gets unavailable due to late revert.

We can only provide you the alternative for the same.

So now my question is, this is not my fault at the time of payment why don’t you ask my passport details?
why are you specific about payment ?
After all, you should get fees from me only when resort is available
THIS IS TRAVEL TRIANGLE AGENCY FAULT NOT INFORMING ME EARLIER AND COLLECTED FEE FROM ME BEFORE GETTING CONFIRMATION FROM RESORT END

    We are also a victim of similar fraud situation by the same travel agency. They booked the flight from Bangalore for our Bali trip in Viet jet airways but the airline has not been operating since last 4 months from Bangalore. We were not informed about this fraud and a day before my trip I decided to look for my tickets as there was no reply from AGA holidays on my messages. TO my surprise, I found the above fraud going on and since then I am trying to get y money back. Now they are saying that we should have booked another very high priced last minute flight from ourselves and they will forfeit all other land package booking from their side since I did not show up. They completely are ignoring the negligence and fraudulent booking from their side and are now forcing me to reschedule the trip with whatever higher price they will quote now.

    Kindly tell me if you got any satisfactory resolution so that I can also proceed with the same.
