I used to have a Airtel broadband connection(01204272744 and Relationship Number 9810034905) and I had purchased an advance rental plan for one year. I had shifted my house in the month of May 2020 and in that area Airtel broadband services were not available. So I decided to disconnect the connection. The connection was disconnected on June 18 and the Airtel representative collective the modem and other accessories from my house. There was a refund outstanding from your side for INR 6160 and you said that you had send a cheque which I never received. To confirm this I had also send you my bank statements of all my accounts. You also agreed that the refund was still pending and you can make a bank transfer if I send you a copy of my cheque and my bank details which I had send twice. After that whenever I write a email to you to check the status, I always receive an email from you with the same text that your query may have been resolved and is you any more query please write to us. I am really frustrated with the kind of service given by Airtel. I had been following airtel from last three months for my refund and I am very disppointed with their response.
