I did a jio recharge of Rs297 on 7th March, 2020 to my mobile number 9064876650. Unfortunately after the recharge I found it was meant for Jiophone only and cannot be used for other smartphones. When I contacted jio customer care, they said, they don’t have any refund policy. They can see that I’m not a jiophone customer and I have not used anything from that Rs297 recharge. But yet they won’t refund anything and I have to do other recharge for my smartphone. This is completely unacceptable and they are just stealing money.

Same 297 recharge done by me on 8 May 2020. How can I use my Sim card on smartphone?
Only option is to port it to other provider
Today I recharge of 75 rs. recharge by online but without jio no. confirmation it recharges my regular phone it is 9033615583 but it is working only on JIO Phone.
now any help to replace ya transfer to another no.9429285835.
