I bought a strap for a fitness watch on amazon. The product has a two screw mechanism, which is mentioned no where in the website. It is compatible to only limited watches with the same mechanism. Nothing is mentioned on the website. Moreover, This product is non returnable, which is also not mentioned on the website. Now they have refused to refund for this product.
