Hi, I had booked 6 tickets from Dubrovnik(Croatia) to Mumbai(India) on 17th Feb 2020. The travel date was 13th June. But due to Covid I didn’t travel and flight was cancelled by the airline. The tickets were booked from goibibo for Air India. The amount is approximately Rs.2,00,000/- Now when I ask for refund I’m just getting tossed between goibibo and Air India. No one is giving me refund.
