I had a ticket for 2 passenger on 14th July and the flight was cancelled by spice jet i got a message on 8 July that the flight has been cancelled so asked for full refund which was initiated on the same day and i recived a sms from spice jet that the money would be refunded within 10days then then updated it to 21days on website after calling them on 21th working day spicejet employee told me that it would take around 72hrs and after that I emailed them now they are saying it would take more 20wprking day
Total sum refunded is 12670rs
