Dear Sir/Madam,
I order [dated 04th April 2023] Nokia PureBook S14 Core i5 10th Gen – (8 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home) NKi510TL85S Thin and Light Laptop from Flipkart India with amount of Rs.30999. As per Flipkart delivery timeline this product should received on 6th April 2023 however actual delivery i have received on 08th April 2023. after that i get to know received product is faulty and thereafter i raise request for replacement and same since 08 April 2023 flipkart and their backend team scheduling delivery dates; first delivery date 14 April 2023 however no delivery take place thereafter second delivery date came for 16 April 2023 however no delivery take place and again third delivery date came for 18 April 2023 again no delivery take place so due to avoid my personal losses i ordered same product from another source and asked them for refund instead of replacement of faulty product.
They delivered defective and so they want cancel the order and refund the amount
I have all the screenshot and voice record what we discussed with customer service.
Please kindly help me to get my refund. Please find order details as below
