Sir,
I was trying to transfer 45000RS to Demat a/c on date 17/08/2021 through Phonepe. But Transaction was failed. My money has been debited from account. Yet my Money is not refunded to My account.
As per RBI guidelines Bank have to pay me penalty for not refund in time T+1. THis email is for my complaint of same issue.
