Greetings,
My Name Is Sachin Sharma.
I Bought A Airtel Broadband Connection On 30 June 2021.
I Opted For a 200MBPS Plan. But I Was Only Getting 20MBPS Speed.
I Complained About This To The Engineers & Customer Support Too Many Times. But I Did Not Get A Satisfactory Resolution.
So I Put A Disconnection Request For The Service On the 9th Of July.
Connection Was Supposed To Be Removed Within 7 Days But It Was At My House Till 25th Of July.
I Paid a Total of 3537 For The Connection which I got refunded after charging me rs 314 for 8 days usage but I paid 1300 Extra For 213 Meters Of Fiber Cable which is not refunded by my area airtel distributor. he is asking for installation charges but I had taken an advance rental plan for 3 months in which installation charges were not charged it was free.
so I complained to Broadband and Fixed Line Appellate Authority – Airtel. THEY ASKED ME TO GET THE INVOICE FOR THE SAME BUT THE DISTRIBUTER IS NOT PROVIDING ME THE INVOICE.
I ALSO COMPLAINED at the National Consumer Helpline Of INDIA.
