Text of Complaint by Anita Gupta:

My phone number 9560056695 was moved from individual number to a family plan. The individual account was in credit of Rupees 1159.08 due to overpayment. This money needs to be refunded but airtel is not able to figure out how to refund this. Each time a request is raised, it gets cancelled due to “technical reasons”. SR number for complaint is 31-3859926190190
