I had ordered a full suit dress online from drapsuits, surat but I received a a single piece kurti which was a wrong product. The company was ready to refund my money in drapsuits e-wallet after receiving the parcel back at my courier cost. BUT now I have accepted the wrong product BUT I had paid rs 1040 for full suit and the kurti that I received is not worth above 500rs. The company needs to refund the balance of 550. But now they have stopped answering my mails and looking into the matter. The company is fraud. No one should order any dresses from here. www.drapsuits.com.
