Text of Complaint by Amit Sankhla:

I had terminated services of excitel with effect from 17.12.2022 and handed over the device on 22.12.2022 but till date refund is not received.

In this regard I have lodge a complaint also vide Ticket no. 11905546 but nothing has been done so far.

Excitel customer care people are also helpless in this regard everytime they say that refund will be processed after 48 hours but nothing has been done so far. It’s is now more than 6 months but no concrete solution has been provided by the company.
