I have attempted a Air ticket booking on Travolook.com on 25/01/22 and was not un successful due to network time out. the amount of Rs. 4613/- was deducted. on contacting customer care.
They said the amount will be refunded with in 7 working days. even after continuous follow up, i have not received.
