I made two purchases on Flipkart on 22nd of Jan with multiple products. The orders were cancelled on 27th of Jan. Out of four refunds of Rs- 1299 each, two are reflecting in my bank account however remaining two are still not credited.
However, Flipkart claims that the refunds are completed from their end. Refer the trailing mails from ICICI bank itself, who says that the reference IDs provided by Flipkart are untraceable. Also, earlier it was informed to me by Paytm that the two reference IDs are wrong. Flipkart isn’t supporting.
