They are holding my huge refund amount of Rs 5416+3767 for more than 40 days and both the tickets were canceled from travolook side. Upon calling customer care several times they keep saying that the amount will be refunded in 5-7 days but it never happens. This is fraud as they did exactly same for both the tickets booked at different time. I have booked following two ticket from Travolook.
1. Goa to Nagpur for traveler “Pankaj Dawande” (REF943998743)
2. Goa to Bangalore for traveler “Arpita Mishra” (REF085340626)
