I booked a Indigo fligh ticket on 05.04.2020 through my Flipkart account (Booking ID:FF2004056609157). The flight got cancelled on 15.04.2020. On being inquired, Indigo customer service stated that they have refunded the amount to the booking agency i.e Flipkart. But, the amount of Rs.3259.00 not credited to my account till date.I am also unable to contact Flipkart customer as all the numbers are unreachable.
