Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I have booked a flight from LUCKNOW to BIKANER via DELHI on dated 16 February 2022.
This contains two flights of AIR INDIA.
Flight 1 – was from LUCKNOW(08:55am) to DELHI(10:15am) on 25th February.
And Flight 2 – was from DELHI(12:30pm) to BIKANER(14:00pm) on 25th February.
On 22nd February 2022, I got a mail from Air India airline that Flight 1 has been rescheduled for next day from Airlines.
This was not suitable for me. So I tried to contact Air India airlines customer care no. And after several attempts of 2-3 hrs., I hardly managed to contact the airlines and told them I’m not able to catch the 2nd flight as both will be on different days and also they will be not in line with my schedule on which Airlines assured me that I’m eligible for 100% refund on cancellation. Therefore, after confirming multiple time I opted for full refund cancellation. They told me that I’ll get refund within 90 days.
2-3 days ago, I got a call from travel partner Flipkart that your flight has been cancelled successfully and you’ll get the deducted refund amount within 5-6 days on which I raised my concern to them and they said that they will confirm from airlines and also told me to confirm the same from airline and get any document if any possible.
Now I again contacted to airlines and they told me that they have processed 100% refund from there end but they can’t share any document of that to me.
Today, I received a mail from Flipkart that they have processed the refund of Rs. 1905/.
Sir, my total Amount of Booking was Rs.16,735/ and I got only Rs.1905/ from it.
Therefore, Sir, you’re very kindly requested to kindly look into the matter as I’m very fed up from this. Firstly, my flight got rescheduled which cost me very high to reach the destination on time. Secondly, even after waiting for many days I didn’t got my whole amount.
