I ve ordered a Airtel Xtream broadband for myself , I got call from their executive for advance payment for broadband so I paid 3532 rupees for 499 plan . The next day I got call from their engineer for installation appointment , and then the engineer didn’t came next day , my order got cancelled automatically, i am not getting my refund it’s been 1 week now
