Hi There,
I was the consumer for Airtel xtreme fiber account no : 7039490732 for couple of months. I had made payment for 3 months. Then I changed my house location and requested for change of connection. since Airtel was not serving in new shifted location, they have cancelled my connection and made a commitment to refund my amount.
The first commitment I got from them is “We have registered your complaint with 124269064 and the same will be completed by 27-Nov-2020”.
Then the second commitment, on 27-Nov-2020
“Amount of Rs. 2828.00/- has been refunded towards your account on 14-11-2020 through Cheque. Further, It takes 10-15 working days to reflect in your account. post 15 days if the amount is not reflecting in your account, kindly write us back with a bank statement”
The third commitment I got is on 4-December-2020, “As per your request, I have registered your complaint through NEFT and the reference number is 125130318. Let me assure you that the issue will be resolved within 05 to 07 bank working days.”
Fourth Commitment I got on 11-December-2020, “As per our records request already registered and the reference number is 125130318. Let me assure you that the issue will be resolved within 5-7 bank working days”.
But the refund is not yet made. Please do the needful.
