Hi team,
I had robbed by Airtel Executive in name of Fibernet Broadband Services. I had confirmed twice that is there Fiber connectivity(FTTH) in Palam Vihar Gurgaon, they had confirmed me yes. Even after 2 days, after continuously follow up they are saying me that Fiber in Palam vihar is on hold and can’t be processed in next 2 months.
I just want to say that I want my money back, This is my mistake I trust Airtel.
Please intiate a process for the same.
Please initiate a refund process for Transaction I’d 328196625 and 328204414 for Airtel broadband.
I don;t know how much bad Airtel will fall.
